The problem
Who called last night? Which quotes went cold?
Answers about your shop are spread across screens, calls and texts, so a simple question means digging, and the office stops what it's doing to look it up.
Scout fixes that.
Scout Chat does the digging, so a simple question gets a simple answer.

More questions: Scout Chat and reporting questions
Is there an AI assistant that works with ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro?
Yes. Scout Chat works from the records in your ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro account. Reading records is on by default, while actions that change them are enabled shop by shop. That lets your team ask questions before turning on tasks such as scheduling.
Can Scout Chat send quotes or invoices to my customers?
No. Scout Chat prepares quote and invoice drafts, but your office checks them and sends them to the customer. Asking for a draft does not send a bill or an offer.
Can my office staff use Scout Chat too?
Yes. Scout Chat is for your team as well as the owner, including CSRs who need customer information or help with scheduling. Staff can ask for work in the same chat, with changes limited to the actions enabled for your shop.
Can I ask Scout to run a campaign from the chat?
Yes. Tell Scout which past customers or unanswered quotes you want to follow up with, then check the proposed recipients and messages. Outreach waits for your approval, and campaign booking must be enabled before Scout can turn a response into a scheduled job.
